Pricing & Payment
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) & US $ for International customers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment: We accept various secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online wallets. By placing an order, you agree to the price and terms of sale.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.
- Shipping: We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
At SOUQDESIGN, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized and clearance items cannot be returned.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Cancellation: 3% will be reduced from the total amount of your order. All online purchase returns will be accepted basis approvals from the management and the refund time may take from 5-6 days depending upon the management approval & bank policies.
Delivery
- Website “ www.souqdesigns.com ” will deliver order in UAE by Emirate Post or other Courier Services & charge as per courier receipt for large or bulky order & for small 20 AED will be addition with cost of product.
- For International orders customers has to give courier account details. 5% Vat is Included in all order Invoice.

Termination of Services
