Orders and Shipping
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express options may be available for faster delivery. Check your order confirmation for estimated delivery times.
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” or “Account” button at the top of our website. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, create a password, and fill in other personal details. Once submitted, you can log in to track orders and manage your account.
Log in to your account, go to the “Account” or “Profile” section, and select “Shipping Addresses” to add or modify your address. If you need to update the address on a recent order, contact our support team immediately, as changes can’t be guaranteed after processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use the number to track your package on the carrier’s website. You can also log into your account and visit the “Order History” section to see your order status and tracking information.
For your security, we do not store credit card information on our systems. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers that adhere to industry standards for encryption and security.

We ship to many countries worldwide. To confirm if we ship to your country, please check our shipping policy page or contact customer support. Some restrictions may apply depending on the destination and local customs regulations. Import duty and courier charges customer has to pay.
Depending on the size and availability of items, we may ship your order in multiple packages. You’ll receive a notification and tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if the item is unused and in its original packaging. For detailed information on eligible items and return instructions, please review our Returns Policy page.
We apologize for the error. Please contact customer support with your order number, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. Return instructions for the incorrect item will also be provided.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact customer support within 2 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for faster assistance. We will coordinate a replacement or refund according to your preference.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and any additional instructions needed to complete the process.

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships. However, if the order has already been processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
