The shipping charges given are for each 20 Kgs of weight. So if an item weighs 22 Kgs, costs less than AED 1000, the it’s shipping charges for Standard Delivery will be:
AED 16 for first 20 Kgs
AED 16 for next 2 Kgs
Total Charges: AED 32 for 22 Kgs
So in order to have least impact of shipping, please choose for more products within that weight slab. So if you add an item weighing 18 Kgs to the cart, your total weight will be 40 Kgs and hence your shipping charges will be same AED 32.
Moreover, if your cart value enters the free shipping slab, you can enjoy free shipping. For example, if you buy a product which costs AED 1000, you will enjoy free shipping on Standard Delivery.

Your expected delivery time will depend on the item and the time of the day at which you placed your order.
But you can always visit the ‘My Account’ section of the website and track the shipment location.
Why I have been charged AED 10 extra on the top of normal shipping charges?
You must have chosen for Cash on Delivery.
Shipping charges under normal conditions are AED 18.
If you choose for Cash on Delivery, then COD charges of AED 10 is applied extra to the shipping charges.
It is always a wise decision to pay in advance using your Credit/Debit Card.
Can I schedule my delivery and how?
Yes. You can schedule your delivery, subject to:-
