It’s an online store locator for wholesaler & distributors.
Will my purchase be delivered to my warehouse? How long will it take?
Orders over the value of AED 5000 are delivered free of charge to the majority of areas across UAE. If you live in an outlying area please contact customer care email to check for specific details relating to your required delivery location.
Can my purchase be delivered at a time that’s convenient to me?
We’ll send you a notification message on your mobile number about the estimated delivery time 24 hours before the delivery. If you wish to change the time or postpone the delivery, contact Customer Care. Postponed deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available date.
If I receive Damage product in my order?
Any product or damaged good shall not be sold under any warranty. For any genuine problem we will replace free of cost
If my order less than T&C?
All transportation expenses must be paid by the buyer. Any delivery over AED 5000 will be free of charge
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our Return Policy explains terms and conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds.
If I want to return any product. What I have to do?
Accessory items unused, with original packaging, not damaged and with original receipt can be returned and exchanged within 7 days. A credit note for the same value will be issued.
